Hello, and thank you for being here,

I’m Gina—Broker, Author, and Master Herbalist—with a love for real estate, a heart for 

healing, and a deep belief in leaving people and places better than I found them.

I became a Realtor in 2006, right in the middle of the housing market crash. It was a 

tough time, but it taught me resilience. By 2016, I was restoring homes and fixing up 

commercial spaces—one of which I held onto for several years.

The building shown here is one I personally transformed—literally from the 

basement to the rooftop.
It’s an 8,000 square foot commercial property I purchased in Anamosa, Iowa, and 

wow—what a project. From gutting the basement to replacing the roof and everything in 

between, it was one of the most hands-on, full-scale rehabs I’ve ever taken on. And I loved

 every minute of it.

I’m currently building out a new page on my site called Before & Better, where I’ll be sharing 

some of my favorite renovation projects—before shots, after photos, and everything 

in between. Stay tuned!

In 2017, I founded Primis Realty in Iowa, and today, I continue my work in beautiful Florida 

Panhandle and Orlando, offering real estate with heart. No admin fees. No pressure. Just honest 

guidance, one-on-one care, and a sincere commitment to helping people find a home that 

truly fits their life.

Before I left Iowa, the utility guy who handled all my turn-ons and shut-offs over the years said 

something I’ll never forget:

“Do you realize you made a difference in three communities out here?”

It was one of those rare moments that stops you in your tracks. I didn’t have to wait for a eulogy—I got 

to hear it while I was still here.

I carry that with me into everything I do. I always strive to leave something better than I found 

it—whether it’s a home, a town, or a person’s day.

In 1997, I was diagnosed with MS. That moment turned my world upside down—but it also set me on a path 

toward natural healing. Through herbs, deep cleansing, and unwavering faith, I reclaimed my health.

I’m now celebrating my 20th anniversary MS-free, and that journey led me to become a Master Herbalist 

and write a book sharing everything I’ve learned. I’m currently rehabbing that book to make it even more 

helpful for others on their own journey.

I also started Ginas Corner, offering natural remedies for both pets and people—because healing shouldn’t be 

complicated or expensive.

Whether I’m guiding someone toward their next home or their next healing step, my mission stays the same:
To help people look good, feel good, and live well.

Because at the end of the day, making things better—that’s what it’s all about.
